MILLER AUTO BODY

Named Winner of 2007 AutocheX Premier Achiever Award for Excellence in Customer Service and Satisfaction

LOGAN, UT; March 27, 2008- MILLER AUTO BODY was recognized as a 2007 AutocheX Premier Achiever for outstanding customer satisfaction at the sixth annual AutocheX Premier Achiever Award ceremony and reception on November 1, 2007 at the Mandalay Bay Convention Center in Las Vegas. The event was held in conjunction with the International Autobody Congress and Exposition (NACE).

The Premier Achiever Award recognizes collision repair facilities that consistently demonstrate their commitment to customer service as reflected by their exceptionally high customer satisfaction index (CSI) scores. Based on the hundreds of thousands of customer satisfaction surveys AutocheX performed throughout 2007, MILLER AUTO BODY is one of only 382 collision repair shops in North America to be named an AutocheX Premier Achiever.

The Class of 2007 Premier Achievers attained customer satisfaction index scores in the top five percent of facilities that use the AutocheX service throughout the U.S. and Canada. They include collision repair facilities of all sizes, from small, family-run businesses to large consolidators. They come from 27 states and every region of the U.S., as well as British Columbia, Canada. Over 35% of the shops also won the award in 2006 - a record number of consecutive-year winners.

AutocheX, a division of Mitchell International, is a leading provider of customer satisfaction measurement and performance management solutions to the collision repair industry. AutocheX and the participating insurance companies present the Premier Achiever Awards each year as a way of recognizing shops that have proven their devotion to quality, service, and satisfaction.

"The Premier Achiever Awards demonstrate the winners' success in making customer satisfaction a primary focus of their business," said Jason Bertellotti, General Manager of Mitchell Repair Solutions. "We want to congratulate them and thank them for making the Premier Achiever program so successful."
